# StowCargo

> StowCargo (https://stowcargo.com) is a web-based truck and container load planning application for manufacturers and exporters. The user enters a packing list, picks a vehicle, and the packing engine places the load in the browser within seconds. Interface in Turkish and English.

## What it does

- Imports packing lists from Excel (.xlsx), CSV, StowCargo XML, PDF, photos (OCR on the device) or pasted tables; columns are detected automatically and can be saved as templates.
- Packs boxes, pallets and cylinders into 16 ready-made vehicles (13.60 m curtainsider, mega and reefer trailers, flatbed, rigid trucks, light truck, panel van; 20' and 40' dry, 40' and 45' High Cube, 20' and 40' open-top, 20' and 40' reefer containers) or any custom vehicle.
- Default priority is space utilisation ("space first"): non-stackable, load-on-top, layer and heavy-on-light rules are ignored unless the user turns on "stacking rules". Orientation and base support are always respected.
- Shows a 3D plan with technical drawings, axle loads and centre of gravity, securing suggestions (dunnage, air bags, estimated lashing straps), multi-stop delivery order and palletising.
- Outputs: A4 PDF loading report, sequence labels, bilingual packing list, CMR information sheet, Excel, CSV and StowCargo XML.
- Warehouse mode: a link / QR code opened on a phone shows the loading sequence box by box (Turkish, English, German, Russian) and reports progress and photos back.
- Team features (with an account): versioned plan archive, roles (admin, member, viewer, customer), activity log, single sign-on (OIDC), ERP API (StowCargo XML 1.0 and JSON) with signed webhooks.
- ERP integration: one standard API (StowCargo XML 1.0 / JSON, OpenAPI 3.1, signed webhooks) for any ERP. Three ways to connect: import an ERP Excel/CSV export with a saved column template (no code), connect the API with your own team, or have StowCargo build a custom integration for your ERP (Logo, Netsis, Mikro, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or in-house software). Integration onboarding is free with a yearly Business plan; larger custom flows by quote.
- Privacy: the packing engine runs in the browser (WebAssembly); documents and photos are read on the device; saved plans are stored in the archive on the StowCargo server in use (stowcargo.com or an installation on the company's own server). Files are never sent to an outside service on their own.

## Pricing (US dollars, excluding taxes)

An account and an active subscription are required to plan; there is no free plan or trial. Warehouse staff loading with a phone link need no account.

- Individual (1 user): $4.99 a month, or $49.90 a year billed yearly (2 months free). Server plan archive, company logo on reports, live loading progress.
- Team: $9.99 per user a month, or $99.90 per user a year billed yearly (from 2 users). Roles, shared catalogue, invitations, activity log. Viewer and customer users are free.
- Business: $29.99 per user a month, or $299.90 per user a year billed yearly. Adds the ERP API (StowCargo XML / JSON) and signed webhooks. A yearly Business purchase includes +1 month and ERP integration onboarding free.
- On-prem: $1,499 one-time licence, bought through contact. Installed on the company's own server, with single sign-on (OIDC).

- Average volume utilisation on the BR1–BR7 container loading benchmark set: about 92.6% (StowCargo's own measurement, 1 second per instance, October 2026).
