This policy explains which cookies and local records stowcargo.com keeps in your browser, and why. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
1.What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Browser local storage (localStorage) also keeps information on your device, but it is not sent to the server automatically.
2.Our approach
StowCargo only uses cookies the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your language and keeping sign-in secure. We use no analytics, advertising, social media or third-party cookies and no tracking pixels.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the Turkish Data Protection Authority’s cookie guidance and EU rules, which is why we show no cookie banner. If we ever add a non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent first.
3.Cookies and local storage we use
The table below lists every cookie and local storage entry the site uses.

4.Personal data and legal basis
The session cookie is linked to your account, so it counts as personal data. These cookies are used on the basis of Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (performing our contract: keeping you signed in and showing your chosen language) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest: securing sign-in and the admin panel).
Information from these cookies is used only for the purposes above; it is never used for advertising or profiling, shared with third parties or transferred abroad. Local storage entries stay on your device; your workspace only reaches the server when you choose to save it.
5.Warehouse link
The warehouse link opened on a phone needs no account and no session cookie. Loading progress and optional vehicle photos are sent to the plan’s archive; the screen language and the loader name you may enter are kept only in that phone’s local storage.
6.How to delete them
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings (usually under “Privacy” or “Site data”). If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use the site.
Clearing local storage also permanently deletes any workspace content you have not saved to the server. Saved plans stay on the server and are available when you sign in again.
