On business plans, viewer and customer users are free. Warehouse loading on a phone needs no account. Move from individual to a team any time; your plans come with you.

Questions about pricing

What currency are prices in, and do they include tax?

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes such as VAT; taxes are added on the invoice.

Is there a free plan or trial?

There is no free plan and no trial that starts on sign-up; planning requires an account and an active plan. Before buying you can see the engine's results in the real plans on the home page and in the pallet and carton calculations of the vehicle size guide.

How does buying work?

Create an account and choose your plan, number of users and billing. Your request reaches us; once your subscription is active you can start planning.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing gives you 2 months free: a year costs the same as 10 months (about 17% off). On the Business plan a yearly purchase also adds +1 month and ERP integration onboarding for free. With monthly billing you can stop in any month.

Who counts as a paid user on business plans?

Admins and members who create and change plans. Viewers, who only look, and customer users, who see their own plans, are free. Warehouse staff loading with a phone need no account.

Can I move from an individual plan to a team?

Yes. Your archived plans, catalogue and custom vehicles move to the team; you invite colleagues by email.

Where is my data kept?

Packing runs in the browser and documents and photos are read on your device. Accounts and saved plans are stored in a PostgreSQL database on stowcargo.com's own servers, or on your server with an on-prem installation. Files are never sent to an outside service on their own.

Which plan includes the ERP connection?

On the Business plan and on-prem. Your ERP sends the packing list as StowCargo XML or JSON and gets the plan back in the same response; a signed webhook fires when a vehicle is loaded. The API definition is public (OpenAPI). Your own team can build the integration, or we build it for whichever ERP you use; integration onboarding is free with a yearly Business plan.

How do I get on-prem?

The on-prem licence is a one-time $1,499; StowCargo runs on your company's server (Docker, PostgreSQL) and your data stays in-house. Contact us to buy and install it.

Can my foreign partners use it in English?

Yes. The interface, reports and documents are in Turkish and English; the warehouse screen in Turkish, English, German and Russian. Packing lists in inches and pounds can be imported too.
